
Vibha, Founder of TaraSri Foundation & Muskaan Trust, has been in social-development field for more than 35 years. Her expertise is in tapping emotional & spiritual intelligence and integral facilitation for Organization's and individual's wellbeing workshops. She had a rewarding work life for 20 years in areas of public health, education and communication with SIFPSA, United Nations Population Fund, PSI, Johns Hopkins University & Room to Read. Subsequently, since 2011 she has been working as a Consultant, leading assignments in the USA, Russia, Netherlands, Thailand, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, Bhutan, Costa Rica, Mexico and Argentina. Vibha has been inspired by the teachings of Swami Vivekanand from her youth days. In addition to a lifelong student of Integral Yog (Sri Aurobindo & the Mother's), Vibha has been a student of Psychology and Composite History (Lucknow Univ.),Science of Meaningful Life (UC Berkeley), SEE Learning (Emory Univ.), Genuine Contact Program, Appreciative Inquiry and Circlework Leadership. Vibha is a Board Member with World Happiness Foundation. An international speaker, some of Vibha's signature programs are Gratitude Joyshop, Authentic Leadership, Values in Action and Integral Wellbeing. Vibha observes silence once a week and when not working, she goes on gratitude road trips (Shukriyasafar) or simply meditates with the flow of river Ganges. She curated "Walls That Speak", embodying spirit of Open Space.

Rajiv Gupta is Co-Founder of TSF. A Cost Accountant by training, he has with 35+ years of experience in corporate, government and development sectors. He has worked with the Birla group, National Hydroelectric Power Corporation Ltd., SIFPSA and on DfID and Bill Milinda Gates Foundation projects. His core expertise is system development and implementation, accounts, risk assessment and audit, programme reviews, legal issues, etc. His passion in social work and interest in field activities, motivated him to be part of Founders team of TSF. Based in Lucknow, Rajiv leads Finance function, compliance of TSF and is one of the core-commitee members of TSF's Udayan Shalini Girls Fellowship Programme.

Bineeta Saxena holds masters in Economics and MBA in HR. She has been a teacher of Computer Science at Awadh Girls Degree College, Lucknow. A pet caring person, Bineeta is a Tarot card reader, Pranic healer and e-commerce based business woman with AI Group of company. Bineeta is Co-Founder Trustee of TSF and is based in Lucknow. She is core-commitee member and Mentor under the Udayan Shalini Girls Fellowship Programme.

Sapna holds an MBA and works as an investment consultant with an MNC. She has been a Fellow of Udayan Care and has been groomed with a strong commitment for giving back to society. She has been counselling and conducting workshops for less-privileged children, youth and elderly and has enabled mentoring and financial support for more than 100 girls. Sapna has also made 130 garbage picker kids a part of the mainstream. She is recipient of "Community Impact Award of the Year", "Bitiya Gaurav Award" and one of the "Top 10 Volunteer Heroes of India".

Sneh Lata holds a Ph.D. in Social-work from Jain Vishva Bharati Institute, Rajasthan and has over five years of experience as Assistant Professor in the Department of Social work. She has worked as a Field Supervisor with Epos Health India for annual health survey project (Registrar General of Census), GoI. She has been a speaker on All India Radio, Lucknow, to deliver talks on various social and educational issues. Snehlata looks after outreach programs, qualiative research and media communication, as a volunteer team member of TSF.

Sangpriya is a counselling psychology student. She had done her masters in Chemical Engineering from IIT Bombay. Because of her own mental health journey she decided to explore the psychotherapy /counseling. She a professional kathak dancer. Her aim in life is to make people aware about the importance of mental health. She firmly believes that each individual should be able to identify their self worth and move forward in life with the self confidence and positivity. Sangpriya supports in the Coordinator for City of Gratitude program and Mental Health project of TSF.

B P Vijayendra was former Principal Chief General Manager from Reserve Bank of India (RBI). His 34+ years of experience with RBI includes Regional Directorship at Rajasthan and top positions for banking supervision, rural development, currency management, internal audit, risk monitoring and assurance. He is/has been Director on Boards of several banks including Bareilly Corporation Bank, State Bank of Indore, Dena Bank, UCO Bank and Indian Bank. Presently, he is busy sharing his wisdom and expertise with civil services aspirants for interviews, etc. , based in Hyderabad.

Deepak Maun is a teacher at heart and works as Assistant Professor at O P Jindal University, Sonipat. A PhD in the field of innovations in education from IIM Ahmedabad, Postgraduate from IIM Ahmedabad and B.Tech in Dairy Technology from National Dairy Research Institute, Karnal, Deepak has worked with Marico, ITC Ltd. and Avanti before becoming an educator. Deepak has received Open Space Technology training from Vibha and is part of the Advisory group for Education projects of TSF.

Dr Khurshid Khan is an eminent Opthamologist and is Chief Surgeon at Nazar Eye Clinic and Hospital, Lucknow. He pursued his medical education at KGMU Lucknow in 1986 and is in practice for more than four deacdes. Having served initially in Saudi Arabia for nine years, he now enjoys leading his own hospital. A compassionate human being, Dr Khurshid is well-known not only for his medical expertise but also for his amazing counselling skills and holistic approach towards his patients.

Vinita Misra is an accomplished person in the field Hindi and Awadhi literature, based in Lucknow. She is a speaker on Sriramcharit Manas and spirituality. A science graduate, Vinita is a poet, writer and sincere student-teacher of Ramcharitmanas and a social-worker. Vinita is member-speaker at Ramchait Bhavan Houston USA, Vice President of Sparsh Organ Donation & Welfare Society and programme host for global group - Lucknow Connection Worldwide. "Mun kee Laya"and "Vishwamitra Ke Ram"are her published books. An avid traveller, Vinita is also a theatre and film artist. She supports in Girls' Fellowship program and other creative pursuits of TSF.

Group Captain Ashok Marwaha served the Indian Air Force for 22 years and is an awardee of Vishisht Seva Medal by the President of India and Commendation by Chief of Air Staff as well Commendation by Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief Western Air Command. An Electronics Engineer with MBA & DPM from FMS Delhi & Diploma in Protection against NBC Warfare from Timoshenko Academy Moscow, he has 30 years of corporate experience, including Director India region for 20 years. He served as Vice Chairman Special Olympics Bharat, an NGO for special children. Presently he is the President Richmond Fellowship Society India Delhi, an NGO working in the field of mental health.

Asheesh Shrivastava is an eminent architect based in Lucknow. He is one of those select Architects from India who have studied Conseravtion Architecture at York University, UK. He is Principal Conservation Architect at ANB Consultants, Lucknow. Asheesh has lead and has been part of many prestigious projects, like Gomti River Front, Varanasi, LaMartiniere school, to name just a few. Asheesh is embodies value of efficiency and compassion. He is our Advisor for design related interventions.

Dr Sanjeev Upadhyaya is a former International Civil Servant and Development Professional with more than 25 years’ experience of working in the field of Public Health. He worked for UNICEF for more than a decade in India and South Sudan and was instrumental in setting-up more than 100 Special Newborn Care Units in Public Sector in Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and Telangana. Earlier, Dr Upadhyaya has worked with USAID, New Delhi in the capacity of Senior Advisor. An adjunct faculty at Indian Institute of Public Health, Hyderabad, Dr Sanjeev is a medical doctor with specialization in Community Medicine from Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences Sevagram, Wardha and graduate from LLRM Medical College, Meerut. He is trained in health systems strengthening from the Nossal Institute of Global Health, University of Melbourne, Australia. He is an Independent Director of Yatharth Hospital & Trauma Care Services Ltd. and AKS Medical & Research Services (P) Limited.

Bharat Kumar Jain currently he is associated with Population Foundation of India. He holds PGDCA and PGDM in IT and MIS, former General Manager NHM and SIFPSA. He enjoys singing, playing Cricket and and mentoring youth to support their personal and professional development, encourage them to overcome challenges, and help create a positive environment where they feel valued and empowered. He is a Mentor for TSF's Girls' Fellowship program, core-commitee member and advisor for sports and IT related projects of TaraSri Foundation.

Prof. Dr Sheela Misra, is currently Dean, Faculty of Science and Professor of Statistics, University of Lucknow, UP, India. She has been Visiting Professor, Department of Mathematics & Statistics, University of North Carolina, USA and has more than 35 years of academic and social service experience. Prof. Mishra introduced curriculum on "Ethics, Values and Integrity" in Disaster Management, sustainable development and statistics, at post graduate level during her leadership and initiated a dialogue program "Bringing the Change - Open student Hour", to facilitate positive and critical thinking in youth. She has co-authored book "Vilakshan Vivekananda" and has been honoured with UP FICCI-FLO Women Award in 2019 for, Bhartendu Harishchandra Puraskar by Govt. of UP for her book "Bharat Bhagini Nivedita", Life Foundations' Distinguished Scientist Award and Uttar Pradesh Gaurav Award 2016.

Dr Anju Loomba is an eminent dental surgeon in Lucknow. With Bachelors and Masters in dental science (MDS), Dr. Anju has been a practitioner for more than three decades. She has also been a faculty in dental institutions. A socially sensitive and compassionate person, Dr. Anju is a Mentor under Udayan Shalini Girls Fellowship program of TSF. Additionally she takes keen interest in overall growth of the Foundation, advises regarding creative, public health related and for innovative initiatives of TaraSri Foundation.
